Refunds and Reprints
Please contact us via email or phone if you encounter any problems. Refunds or reprints are only issued for mistakes made on our end not issues because of poor quality files. Refunds or reprints for any other reason must be approved by management first.
Double Check your Artwork
While we strive to check all orders for quality control, including ensuring that important artwork and information is at a readable quality. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is properly prepared, as we will print exactly what is sent. We will not reprint orders due to poor artwork quality submitted by the customer. Refunds are only issued for mistakes made on our end.
Please review your proof carefully. By approving your proof, you are verifying that spelling and contents are correct, that you are satisfied with the file layout, and assume all responsibility for typographical errors. Once your order is in print, you cannot make any changes. If an error is discovered after printing, you may need to place another order and incur the charges. As part of our customer satisfaction promise, we will do everything we can to help fix any misinformation that are discovered prior to printing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know whether or not they are authorized to use any Copyright, Trademark, or License Agreement on the item being customized. All artwork produced by Signs ASAP cannot be reproduced without the express written consent of Signs ASAP.
